Achieving your goals on your own can sometimes be difficult. It’s natural to want to have both a coach and a “study buddy” that can help with the process. In many cases, the more the merrier. You can work through a program with friends or even with those you don’t know (who will become friends).

Groups generally have an overall theme. It can be based on nutrition, workouts, lifestyle changes, almost any topic. The group chooses the theme and goals awhile the health coach will help keep you on track and mutually accountable.
