Hi. Welcome to CNY Health Coach.com. My name is Michael Salter and I am a certified Primal Health Coach. My passion is helping people who want to build a more vibrant and healthy life. I use a paleo-based lifestyle approach that integrates healthy eating, appropriate exercise, and more movement to help you define, refine, and achieve your goals.
“Paleo” goes by a couple of different names, “primal” and “ancestral” being the most common. You may have even heard “caveman” diet. The term doesn’t really matter, the format is what is important.
Paleo emphasizes whole, unprocessed, nutritious food. This is the kind of food your ancestors ate and this is what your genetic programming craves for optimum health. The primary guideline is to buy food that can actually rot!
The “exercise program” is also very simple: perform functional movement every day. You don’t have to live at the gym, you can do everything at home one way or another. Equipment can be as minimal as you desire, all you really need is your own body and a space.
When you master your mindset you master your life. The goal is to help you create a positive, aware, and respectful attitude toward yourself and others. Learn to love yourself first then share that with the world. You will feel better.
Ultimately, you are cultivating a practical, balanced, holistic lifestyle. And I’m here to support you.
